William H. Mills, III, President
Aside from day-to-day operations, Mr. Mills’ primary responsibilities are new business development, sales relationships, and new insurance product design. Mr. Mills’ prior experience includes twelve years as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, specializing in corporate insurance planning, which he has applied to the development and implementation of a wide range of products currently offered to clients. Mr. Mills is a graduate of the University of Florida, and is a licensed insurance professional. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He served as co-chairman of the Florida Business Council, and was listed as their 2003 Businessman of the Year. Mr. Mills also is listed in Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses. He has both served and chaired numerous civic and professional boards.
Harry E. Campbell, Executive Vice President
Mr. Campbell underwrites all prospective client exposures, assures proper loss control, helps manage Workers Compensation claims and reviews the individual workers compensation profitability of each account. Mr. Campbell has held a variety of positions with responsibility for insurance claims, consulting, underwriting, and risk management with Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, financial and construction industries. Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Louisiana State University, and earned an MBA from the University of Tampa. He is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
Peter B. Newman, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Newman oversees all financial and operational activities. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Newman’s prior experience includes Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen where he led several PEO audit engagements, and was an actuarial analyst with Towers Perrin. Mr. Newman has extensive experience using the Summit Integrated Payroll, Human Resource, and General Ledger software designed specifically for PEOs. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and earned his Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of South Florida, and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
